Sophia is one of those people that you cannot find twice. She’s a wonderful designer and mentor that I was glad to meet. Sophia introduced me to the Jobs to be Done method. She always has the user in mind and taught me that it’s important to explore and to think every decision through. Her thoughtful and honest feedback and commentary about my designs and my process is what I enjoyed most. Another thing I’d like to mention is how wonderful Sophia is also as a person, she’s patient, non-judgmental and only wants what’s best for you, not only design wise but in your personal and work life. Sophia has been an amazing mentor who introduced me to the world of UX design and the Jobs-to-be-done design method. She is a very knowledgeable and insightful designer. Sophia is a great teacher. She understands the student's learning behavior (to go fast or to go slow and detailed) and adjusts accordingly. Her grip on the subject is excellent and details out the topics very well and gives examples from real life to ease the understanding. An honor to learn from her.
